On April 29 Lynn Cundick, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, resigned his seat on the Board of Directors. Lynn has taken a position with another non-profit organization and was unable to continue as a director of the credit union. We wish Lynn well in his new position and we will miss his knowledge and leadership on the board.
Alma Marvin has accepted the position of Board Chair. Alma has served the credit union since 1988 and previously held the position as Board Chair for 11 years. She is a graduate of Boise Junior College and has taken numerous other classes from Boise State and the University of Idaho. Alma is a retired US West manager.
To replace Lynn, the Board has invited Bob Moore to join us and Bob has accepted that invitation. Bob is the owner and President of Golden West Advertising here in Boise. Bob has been an independent business owner for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience in the business environment. We look forward to having Bob’s insight and business experience helping guide the credit union.
